Fitter, Faster, Stronger is our online solution to 'Functional Fitness' programming that focuses on well rounded results. This is achieved through combining Strength + Conditioning techniques with metabolic conditioning (Circuit style training). If you're looking to build strength, improve cardiovascular performance and improve body composition (muscle gain / fat loss) then this programme is for you. The programme will include sessions for 3 times per week, for a max of 60 mins. Aim to be consistent with all 3 workouts each week, whilst also aiming for 10K steps each day (alternatively aim for 70k steps over the week). Training is focused on strengthening the foundations of movement, learning new skills and developing capacity. Who: People new/inexperienced with weightlifting and would like a structured + progressive plan to follow. Programme Insights: Squat, Deadlift, Push/Pull variations, Unilateral movements, Bodyweight training and Aerobic capacity Duration: Max 60mins
