Nicky has grown up with a love for physical activity, especially if it got her outside in the elements which has seen her take on many challenges such as half marathons, tough mudders and charitable events.

 

Following her A levels decided she wanted to focus on her passion for fitness by perusing her qualifications in Sports Coaching. Since then Nicky has graduated with Honours in a Sports Studies degree then qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

 

With various qualifications and experiences in sports focused training and rehabilitation Nicky is able to offer various techniques to help you achieve your target goals while making you feel comfortable and confident!

Luke has been working as a personal trainer in the fitness industry for over 5 years where he has catered exercise and nutritional plans to a wide range of clients. Using his experiences he will create an enjoyable, and sustainable programme that will help achieve your goals.
