Keeping fit and healthy has been a massive part of my life since my life changing transformation of dropping 6 stone in weight to then go on and join the Royal Marine Commandos. This grew my passion in helping others see the benefit both physically and mentally through the power of leading a healthier lifestyle.
Through my career I have helped many clients in the general field of fat loss / body transformations but developed advanced skills in Corrective Exercise and Sports Performance which has seen me help many people overcome pains (Back, Knees, Hips etc - commonly for a lot of people from posture) and injuries through rehabilitation.
A big thing for me is keeping your journey enjoyable, beneficial and sustainable. I believe the best investment you can make is in yourself and this has been proven over the years with my clients of which who are still with me today many years on.

Nicky has grown up with a love for physical activity, especially if it got her outside in the elements which has seen her take on many challenges such as half marathons, tough mudders and charitable events.
Following her A levels decided she wanted to focus on her passion for fitness by perusing her qualifications in Sports Coaching. Since then Nicky has graduated with Honours in a Sports Studies degree then qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
With various qualifications and experiences in sports focused training and rehabilitation Nicky is able to offer various techniques to help you achieve your target goals while making you feel comfortable and confident!

Before Luke started personal training he always had a love for football where he has seen himself play professionally and semi professionally in England and Australia. With this experience he has built a firm belief in a lifestyle balance where you put the hard work in at the gym and kitchen but also enjoy the things you love most.
Luke has been working as a personal trainer in the fitness industry for over 5 years where he has catered exercise and nutritional plans to a wide range of clients. Using his experiences he will create an enjoyable, and sustainable programme that will help achieve your goals.
