HOW TO SIGN UP
Purchase a membership below that suits you. Following the purchase of a membership, you will be emailed with further information regarding your sign up including mandatory sign up forms.

After forms are complete we will be in touch to arrange your key fob collection.
Couple memberships - 2 people from the same household / relationship via 1 bank account.
- Both parties of a couple membership will need to fill out the forms.
WHY SG?
At SG we are creating a fitness community that is non-judgmental, relaxed and open to all. With limited memberships we assure a welcoming environment without the over crowding and waiting around you may see in other gyms.
All our memberships offer 24 Hour access to the Gym facility meaning you can train at a time that works for you!
THE FACILITY
The gym offers a wide variety of top of the range equipment which is split into two separate rooms which offer a spacious feel; the 'Cardio Suite' and the 'Functional Space'.
The 'Gym Space' is the first room you will enter where have Treadmills, Cross Trainer, Bike, Stair Master and two Resistance Machines (Leg Curl / Leg Extension and Lat Pulldown / Seated Row).
The 'Functional Space' boasts a wide range of equipment that can be seen in our pictures below. This including various Free Weights, Cardio Machines (Assault Bike, Assault Runner, Rower and Ski Erg), Astroturf Track (Including Sled!), Smith Machine, Leg Press and Much More!
Wet room shower and toilet facilities on site.
