NEW TO THE GYM?

Starting at a gym can feel overwhelming, especially if you're not confident using the equipment or aren't sure where to begin.

If you're new to training, we highly recommend booking a 1-to-1 session with one of our Personal Trainers. They can guide you through the gym, show you how to use the equipment safely and effectively, and help you identify the machines and exercises best suited to your goals.
