What?

Group classes are 40 minute sessions taken via Zoom where you can tune in (On or Off camera, totally up to you) to get a music motivated workout.

Why?

Getting motivated at home to follow a plan on your own can be tricky so by having our instructor there breaking down the workout with motivating music you will see yourself achieve greatness without having to think about it.

Who?

These classes are designed as bodyweight sessions so no kit is required and we structure this to work for all abilities so don't be shy and sign up or get in touch today!

What?

These are 45 minute sessions taken via Zoom where we can take you through a personally structured workout to fit your needs.

Why?

We will go over details to tailor these sessions directly to you. This being equipment you have access to, your abilities, goals and times that work best for you. Personal Training at your own home!

Who?

These personal sessions can be done on a 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 basis but there are limited spaces so if you are interested please get in touch for details of booking,
